Is that really our fault for abusing a broken system in a beta where we are supposed to be testing? No, If there weren't so many AFKers then the problem might not have not gotten fixed for a long time. You can thank the AFKers for the AFK fix coming soon. Well at least griefing takes some form of effort. AFK farming is just for people who....man I don't even know what to call you guys. But yes, you're "testing", I'm sure. So there really is not much of a difference in what we do other then effort. Are you sure you are not just mad that I get to farm tears while watching schoolgirls get it on with a tentacle monster. You should try it sometime. 500 shields so that idiots keep blowing themselves up trying to tk. Its much easier then trying to grief people by blowing yourself up. Try the AFK tears. The tentacle monster is optional.
I know some good sites if you want that tentacle monster in HD ;)

It's an advantage you can use and there is no punishment other than the scorn you will get from the rest of the community. I find it funny the four people defending it as something that is not bad in any way are all in negative feedback, big surprise. Anything that helps you get an advantage regardless of what it does to the community. You guys are on the path of the demon, power at any cost.
Have some respect for the game and play it, or if you are tired of the game don't.
Tired? I'm tired of ALL fps's. At least this one if I keep at it it may pay off in the future. If you don't like the afk farming it pettition to CCP to get it fixed faster. Hating on people for taking advantage of things in front of them and literrally HANDED TO THEM is silly.
Imps as well as every top corp BEGGED CCP to reconsider how SP is gained with this slight patch. We understand they'll fix it later - but this was half assed even after all the focus they put on it by turning it into a vote. Part of that vote should of been for or against SP per second, but they didn't. They ignored every one of our warnings. If someone gave me a hundred dollars for working hard at work one day then I'm told for 75% of that I could just stand there and do nothing and still get paid - I would - damn the other co-workers who feel they need to work harder to make up for the lack - that's there emotional burden they put on themselves that should of been the burden of our cooperation who had such a dumb rule.
My personal opinion is that Skrim is trash to begin with and is nearly unplayable. So stick to ambush anyways lol AFK farming isn't possible there ;) |

Lets say there was a glitch in the game that gave you god mode. 1. You take full advantage of it. You God mode and ruin the game for everyone else. You take no personal responsibility for your choice, instead you cry how you hate godmode but since it's in the game you can take no blame for your own personal choice to use it. 2. You don't use god mode and hope that other players will also respect what the game is supposed to be enough not to use it so you don't have games ruined by selfish players. If you are going to take advantage of broken mechanics for your own selfish reasons at least admit it. I respect that you can at least admit you care more about getting money than you care about accomplishing things and earning respect for what you do. It makes sense that you would care more about SP than what you do on the battlefield if you are in that state of mind.
You're also forgetting the battlefield is pointless and repetitive like crazy. It is COMPLETELY CCP's fault that after nearly a year people are looking more at the future then it's current state. What's to look at or enjoy that we didn't 9 months ago? Is it fair to say people who AFK are aszholes? Sure, but it's not fair to them that they're playing this game for what it's offering when it's not giving. What's worse - we're told that there will be no more reset. Every SP we gain now is with us forever. That's plenty of incentive to me as a consumer to assume this game will have people who have MANY reasons to AFK farm.
But what I find irratating is how the 'communty' as some of you put it, handle this. Firstly: You guys aren't the community. Our community is very divided on this issue. I've spoken to many around here who feel no ill will towards top rank players AFK Farming. However, when it's blue berries doing it who have no real involvement in this game like the rest of us do then everything you guys say is 100% correct. They're doing nothing - for themselves or us. At least what Imps, Syn, Si, Zion, and other top corps are doing is basically preparing for the awesome to come. It's the scrubs doing it that makes this a problem. And that was pointed out in many many threads to CCP. They ignored it. So welcome to New Eden.
It's frustrating, but I can't blame anyone other then CCP. |

This post isn't like you at all Deadeyes. We're lazy to show up to fights? The place where battles matter - Corp Battles - every corp is too afraid to play the Imps in. The ones who do accept defeat before they even play - besides PFBH.
I'll take that 1v1 if you want btw ^_^ I'm an HMG heavy in Type-B with a Type-A suit for fluxer that uses Boundless. Should be a cake walk for a high end assault player. Especialy since it's just 1v1 you can just... run and shoot from a distance?
1v1's only make sense against the same class/type |

Deadeye - when are you going to join a real corp? Dispite what Crimson says you're much better then most blue berries and better then at least half the vets I know. The whole going up against Imps should make you quiet popular too - did wonders for me back in the day lolol

It's kind of a hard spot for me Crimson Ravens are my battle brothers for Killzone 3, Battlefield 3, and just about every other game I've played in the last two years. I'm still hoping we can get more players into Dust we have a few hundred in the clan playing mostly other games atm. Nearly everyone is sticking with the old AAA polished FPS's. I'm hoping CSR can get a strong force going before Corp battles actually matter.
I happen to like you and would prefer to see you expand your game a bit by joining up with a decent corp. It's awesome you've brothers like that - but if the corp you guys create is going to take a long time to properly set up my advice is use a top corps image to bolster your own reputation so you have grounds in which to recruit people who aren't terrible.
Look at war ravens - well known in other games... complete trash here. Try to escape that fate if you can. *I like war ravens btw - sorry I diss your gun game so often - it's just as often as I solo send a squad of yours into the negative.* <3 |

It's good advice and something I've been putting a lot of thought into recently. I know that if I don't get into good Corp battles before they actually matter I'm going to be paying for down the road. Iron sharpens Iron after all.
Exactly. It would be pretty cool to see you in corp matches. I've seen you play and would vouche that you're good enough to join any top corp. ZionTCD probably has a lack of End Game skilled players - I'd suggest joining there public channel and squading up with them or any top corp before making a jump. It may be important to join one for your future endevours - but you should still look for that right one for you.
Also - I know a lot of the top corp player base - hella fun guys. You'd enjoy the game more if over your comms people are enjoying the game while theory crafting. Nothing better then sharing a gaming interest with people who share your enthusiasm. |
